BOAC Airline Mothership Encounter - June 29th 1954

A very strange event occurred on June 29th 1954 when crew members and passengers of a BOAX Airliner encountered a mother ship UFO in flight. The events started when the planes route took it along the south shore of Long Island and then north over Connecticut and Rhode Island dinner had passed through the cabin of the aircraft and many passengers were asleep. The pilot of the aircraft Captain Howard saw the UFO along with six other smaller ones at 9:05pm he was quick to point out the seven objects to his co-pilot Lee Boyd who was known for flying with RAF Pathfinder Force during the Second World War. Boyd had already seen the UFO’s before the pilot pointed them out to him. The objects were flying as a group and were 5 miles from the plane travelling parallel to it. The mother ship maintained the centre position between the other six craft it was like the mother ship was being protected by the six other UFO’s. The group of UFO’s followed the airplane for about 80 miles and from time to time the mother ship seemed to change shape and the six other objects changed there positions as it did so.

The crew were quick to contact Goose Bay in Labrador Canada to see if anything else was flying in their area and they received a negative response back. Goose Bay sent a Royal Canadian Air Force fighter jet to investigate the strange reports that came from the BOAC Airliner. Eyewitnesses all agree that the size of the main mother ship was the size of an ocean liner. As time went by the list of witnesses grew and grew.
Shortly before the scrambled jet got to the scene to investigate the UFO’s began to disappear and Captain Howard wondered what had happened to the unknowns. George Allen reported that he saw the six smaller UFO’s go inside of the large Mother Ship UFO.
It certainly seems to me by reading the eyewitness testimony that these strange UFO were being controlled by some sort of intelligent race of some kind this case has never been given an explanation and if still today considered a complete mystery.
